An holistic approach to health means considering your lifestyle as a whole, so that you not only look at the symptoms of your ailment, but also discover the cause.

Every cell, tissue and organ in our bodies needs energy and this energy comes from the food we eat. Just as importantly, the body needs cleansing regularly and thoroughly to allow waste to be removed. If not, it is as if we were allowing the waste from our kitchens and toilets to accumulate in our homes which would soon become a breeding ground for germs and disease.

For our bodies to be able to cleanse themselves thoroughly, all the elimination channels need to be active and healthy so that waste can be efficiently excreted.

The healthy body also needs regular exercise and rest. Exercise tones the muscles and increases circulation and elimination, whilst rest allows the body to repair itself and recover from stress and to relax the tensions which block our bodily functions.

There must be a good balance amongst these activities to attain a good balance of mind, body and spirit. By this balance of synergistic harmony, we can truly flourish and reach our potential.
