About the Session
A session lasts about an hour and on arrival you will have a relaxing foot soak to help you feel fresh, relaxed and ready for the session.
No special clothes or footwear are needed for a reflexology treatment. Whatever you normally wear will be perfectly suitable for your session. There will be plenty of water to drink, so no need to go thirsty.
Before your first session, a Medical History Form will be posted to you for you to fill in and send back. Also of interest will be your views regarding your expectations from the sessions. Using all this information, an effective Treatment Plan will be devised to maximise the benefits of the session.
There will always be plenty of time to talk about any health concerns and discuss any progress or alterations in your condition since the previous session.
After your feet are dry, you will be able to relax in the "reflexology" chair. The session will start with a relaxing foot massage and then ease gently into the treatment. You will feel very relaxedt and may even nod off, which is perfectly normal.
The treatment will finish with a therapeutic foot massage using a moisturising cream which will help keep your feet in a good condition and feeling wonderful. Whilst you are resting after the treatment, we will have a few minutes to chat through any health issues which have arisen during the session.
The cost of the session is £28.00.
